How We Help

We strongly believe that through regular vigorous physical movement, mindfulness practices and the formation of strong social relationships, we can cultivate a foundation of mental strength and stability. This strength manifests most importantly as self-belief, allowing us to live our lives bravely, with an open heart and a positive mindset. Cultivating self-belief and a stable, strong mind, is one of the best things artists can give themselves, as it gives us the mental fortitude to forge a path through the inconsistencies and challenges of a career in the arts. By establishing a routine, a practice, we give structure to our days and weeks. Finding community and learning self-care can help us experience our sometimes varied and inconsistent life as an artist in a more balanced and manageable way.

We run different classes and programs from our base in Melbourne, Australia. You can get involved in our different offerings of yoga, meditation, strength training, one-on-one personal training, community building activities, boot camps, cold exposure, and mindfulness practices.
